Slovenia's capital and largest city also happens to be one of Europe's greenest and most livable capitals. With its laid-back atmosphere and many of cultural events, Ljubljana attracts tourists all through the year. Car traffic is restricted in city center which allows you to relax and just follow our guide. Protected by cliff-hanging Bled castle, this emerald green glacial lake is famous not only for its natural beauty, but as a popular sport center and health resort. Accordingly, there are plenty of outdoor activities which will make your stay even more memorable! Take a traditional Pletna boat to the Bled island and St. Mary church or explore Bled castle and enjoy spectacular views. If you're a sporty type, take a hike, walk or cycle around the lake and in hot summer months you can even swim and refresh yourself in cool water.
