Olive Oil Experience

Olive Oil Experience starts twice a day every day: at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Uje oil bar, within the ancient walls of the Diocletian's palace. Meet our trained staff in front of our modern tavern and let them enroll you in a story of olive oil. You will learn about tradition of olive picking and making of olive oil. Paring high quality oil with our home-made bread and local cheese gives you an authentic taste of Dalmatia and Dalmatian lifestyle. As we are very proud of our tradition, we are eager to teach you as much as possible.
