After a 1.5-hour journey, arrive at the memorial site, the first Nazi concentration camp in Germany during the Holocaust, which served as a model for all the other camps. A visit to Dachau offers a sobering, yet important, look at the history of the Holocaust and the atrocities committed by Hitler and the Nazi Germans.

Take a 2-hour walking tour of the camp with an informative audio-guide. Visit the former prison bunkers, barracks, gas chambers and crematorium, and view eye-opening exhibits at the memorial’s museum.
